This is a website to help gain support of HR 470 - Georgia's Declaration of Sovereignty under the Constitution. The 10th Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. What can you do to help? Write your state legislators in support. Inform friends, family, co-workers, anyone you can about this issue. Read the state sovereignty essay, "A Call for Sovereignty".
